New Blue Monster® 1-Step CPVC Cement Simplifies Pipe Installations
Mentor, OH – Blue Monster® 1-Step CPVC Cement, a new self-priming adhesive designed for use on copper tube size (CTS) CPVC pipe and fittings up to 2” in diameter with interference fit, is now available exclusively from Clean-Fit Products, a division of The Mill-Rose Company.
Blue Monster 1-Step CPVC cement is formulated for use as a 1-step cement where the use of a primer is not required by local code. This unique cement simplifies installations by reducing labor and offers faster curing times before pressure testing.
Blue Monster 1-Step CPVC cement is designed for use in residential, commercial and industrial cold and hot water CPVC piping systems up to 180°F (82°C). This medium bodied CPVC adhesive meets the low-VOC emission limit as outlined by South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). Blue Monster 1-Step CPVC cement is listed by NSF International for compliance with ASTM F 493, the Uniform Plumbing Code, NSF/ANSI Standard 14, NSF/ANSI Standard 61 for use on potable water, drain, waste, vent and sewer applications (pw-G-dwv-sw).
