AIRPORT INFORMATION
The primary arrival airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
Hotel is approximately 20 miles from the PHX airport so we recommend that you take a taxi, shuttle, or ride-share option. All activities are on hotel property and/or within walking distance, so you need not rent a car.
Dress / Attire
For ABMA events, comfortable and casual dress is appropriate. Daytime attire is casual and sportswear is customary (golf shirts and slacks or shorts for men: slacks, shorts or skirts/dresses for ladies). Evening activities are “nice” informal or daytime business casual attire, and may include sport coat for men; pantsuits, slacks, skirts/dresses for ladies.
Climate
Average temperatures in Scottsdale in March run in the mid-80s(F). Functions will be held both indoors and outdoors, so we suggest clothing with layering options.
