Plan to arrive on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 and depart on Friday, March 28, 2025.
Discounted room rate is $339/night and will be offered 1 day before and after the event dates (based on availability) for anyone who would like to arrive early or extend their stay later.
NOTE: Attendees are encouraged to book early!
The closest major airport is Austin Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
Hotel is approximately 20 minutes from the AUS airport so you can rent a car or take a taxi, shuttle, or ride-share option.
Average temperatures in Austin in March run in the mid-70s. Functions will be held both indoors and outdoors, so we suggest clothing with layering options. Meetings and Receptions will be business casual in attire; resort casual for optional activities.

Morning: Face 2 Face Meetings
Afternoon: Optional Tours, Pickle Ball, or Free Time
Evening: Closing Dinner Event
FRIDAY, MARCH 28:
Morning: Board Meeting (Board Members only)
