I just wanted to remind everyone about our West Coast Brush Manufacturers Association (WCBMA) meeting that will take place in Hawaii from October 19-23, 2025. Our event is always done in a first class manner and attached is a list of every venue we have attended since 1978, and the properties and locations we have visited have been outstanding. I also included my personal cheat sheet of Hawaii tips and scheduling as I’ve been to Hawaii about 40 times and have been asked many times how to organize a trip to Hawaii.

On behalf of the WEST COAST MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION, we are excited to announce that the 2025 WCBMA Meeting will be at THE MAUNA LANI, AUBERGE RESORTS COLLECTION on the Big Island of Hawaii from October 19-23, 2025. This will be our first visit to the Big Island of Hawaii since 2011.

Below are pertinent facts for planning purposes, and the hotel is prepared to accept reservations.

• Arrival Sunday, October 19, 2025 and departure on Thursday, October 23, 2025, plus the hotel will honor our favorable price three days pre and post convention.

PRICE:
• We have an amazing price of $375 per room (single or double occupancy, run of the house rooms) plus a reduced resort fee of $25 per day plus tax. In case you are curious, rates on the Mauna Lani web site today for our dates range from $776 to $897 plus a $50 resort fee so we really have exceptional pricing.
GOLF:

RESERVATIONS:
• Reservations can be made until August 19, 2025, by calling the Resort’s room reservations department at (877) 804-5736 or via email to mnl.groups@aubergeresorts.com and referencing the West Coast Brush Manufacturers Association. If you reserve by email, please use the attached room reservation form to provide the data that they have requested. A two-night deposit is required at time of reservation, and it is fully refundable until August 19, 2025. The hotel will send you a secure link by email to provide your credit card information.

HAWAII TRAVEL TIPS:
• The closest airport to the hotel is Kona International Airport (KOA) which is about 30 minutes away. If you want to see the volcano is currently active and Volcano National Park you should visit on either your first or last day on the Big Island and fly in or out of the Hilo International Airport (ITO). This is because it’s about a 2-1/2 hour drive to the southeast part of the island where the volcano and park are located. Depending on your flights you might want to stay at a hotel in Hilo or at the top of the volcano at the Volcano House https://hawaiivolcanohouse.com/. If you have never been to Volcano National Park, you might want to use this opportunity as it’s quite memorable.
