Power Brushes, Inc. Acquires Fuller Industries’ Brush Business, Reuniting a Historic Industrial Legacy
Toledo, Ohio — Oct. 19, 2026 — Power Brushes, Inc. announced today that it has acquired the brush business formerly operated by Fuller Industries Inc. of Great Bend, Kansas. The transition brings together two companies whose histories have been closely connected for nearly seven decades and strengthens Power Brushes’ position in the industrial brush manufacturing sector.
A Legacy That Began at Fuller Brush Power Brushes was founded on February 22, 1957, by three former Fuller Brush Company employees whose training and experience at Fuller Brush shaped the company’s early focus on custom engineered brushes for demanding industrial applications. While Fuller Brush continued to lead the household and janitorial brush markets, Power Brushes built its identity around specialized industrial solutions — a focus that has remained central to the company’s mission for nearly 70 years.
Bringing the Story Full Circle The acquisition of the Fuller Industries brush business reunites the heritage, customer relationships, and product history of Fuller Brush with the manufacturing expertise and technical capabilities developed by Power Brushes since its founding.
“We are proud of the history that connects Power Brushes to Fuller,” said Thomas G. Parseghian, CEO of Power Brushes, Inc. “Our founders brought their Fuller Brush training with them when they established Power Brushes, and that legacy shaped our commitment to solving complex brush applications. Today, we have the opportunity to carry that heritage forward by supporting the customers and products of Fuller Industries Inc.”
Ensuring Continuity and Strengthening Capabilities Power Brushes’ immediate priority is to ensure a seamless transition for existing Fuller Industries brush customers. The company will continue to support all current products, custom brush requirements, technical applications, quotations, and orders.
In addition, Power Brushes plans to enhance engineering support, expand application specific capabilities, and strengthen customer service as the business moves forward.
Positioning for Future Growth The ownership transition creates opportunities to build on decades of brush manufacturing knowledge while expanding the capabilities available to customers. Power Brushes’ future plans include: • Maintaining consistent product quality and performance • Supporting all existing products and customer specifications • Strengthening customer service and technical support • Expanding custom and application specific brush capabilities • Exploring new product and market opportunities • Developing long term customer partnerships
“This is more than a change in ownership,” Parseghian added. “It is an opportunity to reconnect with a shared heritage and build a stronger future for the brush business. We look forward to listening to customers, understanding their needs, and applying our combined history and experience to serve them even better.”
Craig Rudin, CEO of Fuller Industries, expressed confidence in the transition. “We are pleased to have found an ideal partner for our brush business,” Rudin said. “The combination of Power Brushes and the Fuller Industries brush operation brings together two respected companies in the industry and allows Fuller Industries to focus all of its resources on our chemical manufacturing business.”
